Many people complain about problems with our launcher or game. Here is a full procedure to follow if you are in this case.
- Uninstall SGN
- Delete manually the Stargate Network folder that still is in your Program Files (for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Stargate-Network)
- Be sure that all prerequisite conditions are OK
- Install SGN again, BUT DO NOT OPEN THE LAUNCHER yet
- Start the launcher
- Clic on Config (the small gearwheel on the right over "About")
- In the tab "Game Settings", clic on "Full Game Reset"
- In the tab "Patch", clic on "Patch 1"
- Start the game normally.
With all this, the Launcher and the game should work. If it's still not the case, please report your problem on our Bugs manager.
